Availability
Because most of my designs are one-of-a-kind, availability can change quickly as pieces sell on-line or at shows. I will make every effort to keep the images on the website as up-to-date as possible. So, if you see something you like, order it while you can!
If an item is no longer available, I will contact you within three business days to inform you of available options. It may be possible to create a very similar piece, depending on availability of supplies. I will work hard to ensure your satisfaction. However, your credit card will be refunded if you choose not to proceed with the order.
Do you see something you really like, but would love in a different length or color or gemstone? Contact me and I will let you know about the possible options.
Custom orders usually take one to four weeks.
