Returns
Any standard item may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE within 15 days of date received as long as the item is in the original, unused condition, with no missing or broken, or marred pieces. Returns, credit, or exchanges are not accepted on items returned after 15 days of date received, custom orders, or sale items. The cost of shipping and any applicable credit card fees will not be refunded for any reason.
It is up to the customer to pay the cost of shipping and insurance for items returned. We strongly recommend insuring items returned, due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping.
