Every Joie de Beads purchase is carefully packaged in our signature little brown box, perfect for gift giving. If the purchase is a gift, you may include a short message in the “comments” box at checkout, to be enclosed in the box.
Shipping
All available jewelry will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer available, you will be notified within three business days via email or phone to inform you of possible options.
Orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, fully insured. The charges will appear at checkout.
If you wish to have your order sooner, or use an alternate carrier (such as FedEx or 2nd Day), please include this information in the “comments” box at checkout, so that arrangements may be made. Additional charges may apply.

If your order totals $500 or more, additional insurance fees will apply ($1.65 per every additional $100).

Orders will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company. We must be notified by email prior to processing your order if you need your package to be shipped to any other address. This security precaution helps prevent fraudulent activity on your credit card.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs. Please contact us before placing an international order to discuss timeframe and shipping options.
